Idearosity Company Limited (hereinafter “operator”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), the provider of Letz BIG mobile application (the “Platform”), shares your uneasy feeling when being asked for personal details.  Therefore, unlike other platforms, we will never ask you demographics information such as age, gender, income, or occupation.
 

We truly hope that creating an anonymous environment could encourage everyone to share their feedback more openly, and with freedom for diverse views without peer pressure.
 

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is prepared to describe our protocol regarding information gathering and dissemination.

We would like to emphasize majority of the above information are non-personally identifiable.

Improving Products and Services
 

Our primary goal is to inspire our partners to improve and innovate their products and services. We will analyse and convey user feedback in a way that we believe could best achieve this goal.  

Our partners see all Letz BIG users as anonymous accounts without knowing the registration emails behind if you have linked your account with an email address.  You can rest assured that we will never disclose, sell, rent, or loan your email to any of our partners, and your email shall never receive directing marketing from any of them due to our disclosure.
 

Although all users are seen as anonymous, by agreeing with this policy, you have acknowledged that any user content you submit through this platform may be read, collected, and used by us or our partners.
 

We will use our best effort to remove any personally identifiable information contained in the user feedback so as to avoid any harm created to individual persons, such as our partners’ employees.  We want to create a constructive but non-hostile environment. 
 

Administrative Communications and Platform Announcements
 

There are situations where we have collected your email in your sign up process.  This is to ensure we are able to reach out when you need to reset your password or require assistance to manage your account.
 

Besides we would also send you announcements, although we will try to keep them infrequent so most of our ongoing communications will be through the Platform rather than your email.  For example, if you decide to join the Letz BIG community, you will receive a welcome email from us with essential information for your future reference.

We may occasionally send you push notifications in the Platform to keep you up-to-date.  You may at any time opt-out by turning them off through your device settings.

 

Enhancing Your User Experiences
 

When you use the Platform, we may record certain non-personally identifiable data, such as your usage, access, and session times.  They are essential data for us to troubleshooting and help us improve the Platform making it more engaging and friendly.  We do not link automatically collected data to any personally identifiable information.

Contents displayed in the Platform may contain links to other websites or platforms that are not controlled by Us.  Please be aware that we are unable to enforce our privacy practices to such, and your personal information and data may be collected by them.

Your data security is of immense importance to us.  We make good faith efforts to transmit and store the information collected in a secure operating environment, and attempt to ensure the integrity of our network and systems.  However, we cannot guarantee that these efforts will prevent third-party, such as "hackers", from illegally obtaining access to the information.  No method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, and therefore we cannot warrant its absolute security.

5. Correcting and Deleting Your Information
